External design of the property, clean swimming pool, ok-ish gym

Misunderstandings at check-out left a sour taste!!! Limited wall sockets in rooms made charging devices inconvenient!!! AC needs better maintenance to avoid musty odors!!! Weak WiFi requires constant re-logging!!!

This resort suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a fantastic spa. The staff initially helped me with town information, and their amazing service made my stay memorable. I’m coming back for a weekend!

The room I was given overlooked a dilapidated area, which was quite disappointing. The internet connection was consistently poor, disconnecting frequently and requiring a cumbersome login. Additionally, some staff members at the pool bar were rude, negatively impacting the overall atmosphere for families.

I had the most relaxing stay, enjoying the amazing spa services and the best breakfast spread I’ve ever had. The pool area was absolutely lovely, perfect for sunbathing.

Room was clean with a comfortable bed. The pool area was nice but loud with party music. Enjoyed the beach activities like snorkeling, but the food options were average. Beautiful gardens created a relaxing vibe. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

Couple getaway perfection

This place is an absolute gem! The staff are amazing, helpful and very courteous. The beautiful double room we booked had a huge squeaky clean king bed, seriously the best sleep I've had in forever. We even enjoyed the hot tub like a couple of kids. Stretched out by the pool and the beach while sipping drinks, couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind.

i loved staying at bali tropic resort & spa, chse certified! the beautiful garden creates such a calming vibe. the staff were incredibly kind, making me feel welcome. I had an amazing time playing the gamelon. it felt like a private lesson! also, walking along the coast was lovely.

The room was a deluxe bungalow with a comfy balcony and air conditioning. Loved the spa with great massages and treatments. The beach was just steps away, and the staff were super friendly and always remembered our drink orders. Breakfast had fresh juices and local dishes, and the gardens were impeccably kept.

I loved the authentic Balinese architecture, with beautiful gardens and a calming ambiance. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The easy beach access provided lovely walks during my visit.

The buffet breakfast featured fresh and seasonal products, ensuring a delicious start to each day. The beachfront was relaxing and well-maintained, but the pool area felt overcrowded, especially with children present. While the overall experience was enjoyable, having more secluded lounging options would have enhanced our stay.
